In order to provide you and your family members with a more convenient and faster way of ticket issuing, the Company has set up the on-line ticket issuing system. This will allow you to issue or return your tickets at home as it is convenient for you. You can also request the approval code, which is required for at the counter ticket issuing through the system.
Before getting on-line, you need to apply for an authorization code. The procedures are as following:
Where to get the authorization code: Designated staff for employee ticket of Human Resources Division or Branch Office.
Who can apply: Retiree or designated representative.
Support Documents required:
Company issued retired employee ID/original or copy or any documents (Household registration, ID) which can help identify the retiree. Those retirees from the branch office can also use the ID issued by the local government office.
Remarks: ＊ The authorization code will be valid for one year, starting from the day issued.
＊ The authorization code will not be issued over the phone, by FAX or email.
＊ After the system goes on line, HR will continue provide Approval code for at the counter ticket issuing.
＊ You can apply the authorization password sine 1st, Jul. 2010. and
system will start its effectiveness from 10, Jul. 2010.
